We’re hiring Interns to build the next game-changing robotics application!

NCS Products and Platform Department works on research and development on robotics. We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to learn robots development to join us! You will be guided by our engineers to develop software for different service robotic use cases.

During your internship, you will be exposed to real-world projects. You will get hands-on experience to deploy and operate human-sized robots in real scenarios. Some of the service robots that we work on a daily basis are security robots, delivery robots, concierge robots etc.

You will be assigned to a senior engineer who will guide you through your internship.

Responsibilities

• You will join our scrum teams to develop software application(s) for robotics use cases
  • Depending on your skills and preference, you will be assigned to work on either Android, or Web application (Backend / Frontend)
• Work with our engineer teams to do on-site robots deployment
• Support the robot operation during short trials / POCs

What you need to posses

Minimum qualifications:

• Has experience in developing a working software application using any of the following programming skills:
  • Mobile App development languages
  • Golang
  • Angular (React also can)
  • C++/Java
• Familiar with Linux OS environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to innovate and solve problems creatively.
• Experience with SQL or other programming languages, and experience with strategy consulting.
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in robotics industry
